At One AI Box, we prioritize total transparency over inflated marketing claims. Below is the full legal and technical description of what is included in the $12 package, how entitlements are provisioned, and what policies govern your 18 months term.
Legal Independence Notice: One AI Box is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other third-party providers unless explicitly stated otherwise. All trademarks, brand names, and model references belong to their respective corporate owners and are utilized here strictly for descriptive package specification.
1. Core Commercial Offer
The One AI Box Premium Bundle is sold as a digital package at an advertised one-time price of $12 USD for an advertised duration of 18 months.
There are no recurring monthly credit card debits, hidden maintenance fees, or automatic renewal contracts. Orders are settled via cryptocurrency through our official Telegram bot (@OneAIBoxbot).

Each included service operates under distinct technical delivery parameters:

3. Fair Use & Rate Limits
Access to interactive foundation models (ChatGPT Plus, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini Pro) is subject to each provider's active rate limits (e.g. OpenAI rolling 3-hour message caps, Anthropic 5-hour session limits). One AI Box does not and cannot modify the provider's native backend rate limits.
Developer model token allowances (such as Gemini Flash API budgets) are provisioned through a managed developer gateway and subject to a generous monthly quota reset, intended for personal automation, testing, and standard engineering workloads. Mass high-frequency scraping or reselling is strictly prohibited.
4. Upstream Provider Discontinuation & Replacement Policy
Because One AI Box provides access to independent third-party software platforms, upstream providers may occasionally alter their API policies, discontinue experimental tools, or revise workspace seat terms.
Our Replacement Guarantee: If an included tool becomes unavailable or deprecated by its upstream provider during your 18-month package term, One AI Box will:
- Attempt to re-provision the entitlement through alternative verified channels within 72 business hours.
- If unavailable, provide an equivalent tool of matching or superior tier (e.g., alternative premier model reasoning access).
- If no equivalent tool exists, issue a proportional credit balance for future bundle extensions or alternative services.
5. Eligibility & Regional Restrictions
Subscribers must possess a valid, functioning email address capable of receiving standard workspace invitations and team join links.
Access to third-party web interfaces remains subject to each provider's geographic coverage. Users located in regions where upstream platforms (such as OpenAI or Anthropic) restrict direct access may require appropriate network connectivity (e.g., VPN) to reach web interfaces. One AI Box does not guarantee third-party platform availability where local legal restrictions apply.
6. Refund Policy Summary
Because digital entitlements are immediately assigned and cryptocurrency transactions are immutable, completed activations are final and non-refundable.
If our system fails to deliver your package activation within 48 hours of confirmed blockchain payment, a 100% refund will be issued to your cryptocurrency address. Full terms are detailed on our dedicated Refund Policy page.
