1. Principles of Minimal Data Collection
One AI Box is founded on the principle of minimal data retention. We collect only the absolute minimum information required to fulfill your digital package entitlements and operate customer support through our Telegram bot.
2. Strict Zero-Password Guarantee
We NEVER ask for, record, or handle your Google account password, OpenAI password, Anthropic password, email mailbox password, or two-factor authentication (2FA) security codes.
All workspace seats and cloud storage drives are provisioned through standard organization invitations or dedicated API keys. Any party requesting your personal account password claiming to represent One AI Box is fraudulent.
3. Information We Collect and Why
- Customer Email Address: Submitted during Step 2 of the bot checkout strictly to receive team invitations and workspace provisioning notices.
- Telegram User ID / Username: Used automatically by Telegram to route order statuses, invoices, and support chat responses.
- Blockchain Transaction Hash (TxID): Used solely to verify settlement on public distributed ledgers and activate your subscription.
4. Website Analytics & Cookies
Our website uses lightweight, privacy-conscious event tracking solely to understand aggregated traffic volumes and CTA clicks (e.g. tracking when a visitor clicks to open the Telegram bot). We do not run intrusive tracking pixels, behavioral advertising networks, or cross-site profiling scripts.
5. Data Retention & Erasure
Upon expiration of your 18 months package term or upon written request, you may request that your contact email and associated order record be permanently expunged from our fulfillment database by messaging our support team inside @OneAIBoxbot.
