If our automated system or provisioning specialists fail to issue your package activation credentials, invitations, or API tokens within 48 hours of verified blockchain transaction confirmation, you are entitled to a 100% full refund.
Refunds under this guarantee are paid back in cryptocurrency to the wallet address specified by the customer inside our Telegram bot.
2. Post-Activation Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, immediate assignment of organization seats, irreversible allocation of developer token pools, and the immutability of cryptocurrency transactions, purchases are generally non-refundable once activation credentials have been dispatched and confirmed.
3. Upstream Outages & Replacement Priority
If a specific third-party platform experiences upstream downtime or policy adjustments during your 18 months term, our primary resolution mechanism is the replacement and credit framework outlined in our Package Terms. If a sustainable alternative cannot be supplied, proportional credit or refund adjustments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
