Terms of Service

1. Service Description

One AI Box ("we", "us", or "the Service") provides a consolidated digital package uniting provisioned access to premier artificial intelligence tools, assistants, productivity software, and cloud storage allocations. The One AI Box Premium Bundle is offered for an advertised one-time fee of $12 USD with an advertised duration of 18 months.

2. Independence & Third-Party Rights

One AI Box is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other third-party providers unless explicitly stated otherwise. All trademarks, brand names, product titles, and logos belong to their respective corporate owners. Reference to third-party tools is made solely for accurate description of package entitlements.

3. Customer Obligations & Acceptable Use

Subscribers agree to utilize included tools in accordance with applicable legal statutes and acceptable use standards:

• You agree not to use provisioned models for generating illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• You agree not to attempt to breach or manipulate upstream provider API quotas through automated abuse or denial-of-service attempts.
• You agree not to resell, sublease, or distribute individual seat credentials to unauthorized third parties.

4. Upstream Provider Changes & Replacement Commitment

Because AI services evolve rapidly, third-party platform providers may alter features or API parameters. In such cases, One AI Box commits to the service continuity and replacement framework specified in our Package Terms:

• Attempting seat re-provisioning within 72 business hours.
• Providing alternative tools of equivalent capability if a specific feature is deprecated upstream.
• Issuing service extension credits where alternative tools cannot be provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permissible by law, One AI Box shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from upstream provider outages, schedule modifications, or network restrictions outside our control.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be submitted first to informal resolution via our official Telegram support channel (@OneAIBoxbot).
